The Investment Products division is housed within Grindrod Asset Management. The division manages a number of unit trusts and other investment structures for the retail, intermediary, corporate and institutional markets.
The division currently has a particular focus on listed commercial property and preference share investments and manages a portfolio of unit trust and structured products which provide secure, high-yielding investments for individual and corporate clients. These include the Grindrod Diversified Preference Share Fund, the Grindrod Global Property Income Fund and the Grindrod Investments Trust.
Three additional unit trusts are in the process of being registered which will complement and enhance the existing range of products.
